DALE CITY VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT

In 1966 the Dale City Civic Association recognized the need for fire service in Dale City. On October 4th, 1967 the Dale City Volunteer Fire Department, Inc. was incorporated in the Commonwealth of Virginia. The department now operates four stations serving an 18 sq. Mile first-due area and about 70,000 residents. DCVFD operates a fleet of 45 vehicles and has a base annual budget of $3.4M.

LAKE JACKSON VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT

Lake Jackson VFD is approximately 30 miles southwest of Washington, D.C., just south of the City of Manassas in Prince William County, Virginia. Our fire station sits adjacent to a private, man-made lake named the same, on a tributary of the Occoquan River. Our primary response area encompasses approximately 22 square miles and approximately 4200 homes.
